Alessandra is a first-year doctoral student in Sociology. Alessandra holds a B.S. in Mathematics and an M.A. in Sociology from Stanford University. Before coming to Princeton, Alessandra was a predoctoral associate at MIT. Her research interests include mathematical sociology, analytical philosophy of social science, sociological methodology, social networks, dating, social mobility, and social psychology. Alessandra is from São Paulo, Brazil.
