Authority in Urban School Governance: Stasis and Change in New Haven Public Schools
Allison Kenney earned a B.A. in Public Policy Studies and German Languages & Literature from Duke University. She was a Fulbright Research Fellow in Germany and spent three years as Research Coordinator for the Distributed Leadership Study at Northwestern University's School of Education and Social Policy. Allison's research interests include education, organizations, and leadership. Her dissertation examines the micro-level interactions of local stakeholders in an urban school district and how organizational and interpersonal pressures contribute to stasis and change in the ongoing work of school reform.
