Hana is currently a postdoctoral research associate in the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University. She is working on a series of field experiments using social networks to examine the creation and diffusion of social norms in schools. Her fields include the sociology of culture, social and cognitive psychology, networks, inequality, race, and organizations.
