Jennifer Butler is a Sociology doctoral student. Her research interests include education, culture, and social stratification. 

Jennifer graduated from Cornell University in 2023 with a B.A. in Sociology with minors in Education, Inequality Studies, and American Studies. As a McNair Scholar, Jennifer has worked with many scholars as a research assistant and produced independent research. Her honors thesis examined the motives, benefits, and challenges of community-engaged learning at Cornell University.
