Yasemin holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and a BA in Sociology from Koc University. Her research interest lies in the intersection of computer science, human demography, and humanitarian logistics, trying to reveal the complex and hidden patterns of vulnerable groups in the social world using advanced computer science methods. She has experience in Mathematical Modeling, various subdomains of Artificial Intelligence, and some subdomains of Theoretical Computer Science. Before joining Princeton, she was a senior data scientist responsible for customer predictive modeling and product experimentation.
